前後看瞭三年，總算在裏斯本做瞭個瞭斷。無數次覺得這本書就像是書中Reis隨身攜帶卻永遠讀不完的那本The God of the Labyrinth，永遠停在開頭的棋局。最後一程Reis帶它上路，他的閱讀能力在那一刻已經開始瓦解，糾纏瞭整整一本書的蟹行鳥跡的迷宮煙消雲散。閱讀過程絕對不算愉快，即便佩索阿與Reis的談話充滿瞭極具詩意的瞬間。大概是佩索阿會喜歡的構想，異名文學下的緻敬之作，就連書中的單調與重復都像是佩索阿自己static drama的延續。三十年代，最為灰暗的裏斯本，散發著洋蔥味的便衣警察在路燈下盯梢，左鄰右捨窺視的目光比《惶然錄》中昏黃的道拉多雷斯大街更叫人無從脫身。一個有數十個異名者的詩人會經曆多少次死亡？
