He is President of CertQuick, which provides computer and networking consulting services, technical authoring services and computer science curriculum development for schools. Mr. Palmer has worked for thirty years in higher education and in industry as a teacher, systems and networking specialist, technical manager and consultant. He holds a Doctorate Degree from the University of Colorado.
