安德魯•米勒（Andrew Miller），英國著名小說傢，1960年生於英國布裏斯托。

他曾於1991年在東安格利亞大學學習創意寫作，1995在蘭開斯特大學發錶瞭論述批評性寫作與創意寫作的博士論文。
