Oprah Winfrey的風格是 touchy and feely，我雖然很敬佩她的人，卻很少碰她的作品，無論是書還是脫口秀。這本（有聲）書，算是非常驚喜，的確很多wisdom。我仍然不會全信，可是很感恩一些perspective的啓發。尤其喜歡關於 intention，mindfulness，forgiveness 這幾章。Bonus 是觀摩Winfrey的溝通技巧，尤其是重復對方最後幾個詞。
