【3h】She is the man who would be queen. 光看可能会觉得遵守这些规则还不容易？自己要写就知道难度多大。100页的内容可以抵过普通作家300页吧。

短小精悍。The element of style是一本面向大众的写作指南，而McCloskey的这本更有针对性，适合社科研究者参考。

和Orwell的Politics and the English Language還有The Economist Style Guide是一個路數的，看的時候應該看清楚這些寫作建議是在什麽條件下用的。;-)

易读有趣的一本小书。有一些有用的建议。
