21法则，记流水账，没有真正的可实践性。一开始看着，大家对这本书的评价都很高，但对于我个人而言，真正所需要的是可具实践性的提示、启迪或建议，而不是简单把领导力的所有条件都罗列一遍，再加点文字、例子修饰。
