不怎么好，因为一方面不是很注重原理，较侧重MATLAB，另一方面连好多例题也不给出代码，让人有在黑暗中摸索的不知道自己做的对不对的感觉。推荐另外一本 Digital Signal Processing Using MATLAB (3rd,2012) Ingel. 。

没有完整的代码是一个问题，题目很多都是用来加深信号与系统的的直观认识的。
