我自己是讀心理學專業的，這本書是老師介紹的。看瞭一下，感覺把這方法說得好神奇，似乎可以解決大部分的問題。但我還沒有學會怎麼去運用。可惜啊。如果真心想嚮谘詢方嚮的話，建議仔細研究這本書，可以獲得很大啓發的。相信運用得好，真的可以在日常生活中都用得上。
