非常old-school的訪談法，僅適用於一對一的深度訪談。正由於其集中討論這一種方法，有許多非常有建設性的、細節性的要點。比如留意受訪者所說的marker，從語言用詞判斷是generalized的fact還是concrete的fact，並引導受訪者進入具體事例的迴溯，進一步探尋其當時的行為動因和心理感受。分析訪談資料的2×2typology挺有意思，但似乎解釋得不太到位啊。。。
