#FWS用书四季已出的三本里只读过春，不得不赞叹Ali Smith才华横溢。因疫情这本书prof只讲了一半，后一半自己囫囵读完了，许多细节和隐喻欠讨论。P.S. Paddy成为了我最敬佩的虚构人物之一，希望拥有她一样的historical imagination.

充满了戾气与希望，即使对现今状况充满了咒骂，但还是需要对未来充满希望。AS一方面在Paddy（Hardi-man→Heal）给出的是艺术的虚构，不论是莎士比亚、里尔克、曼斯菲尔德还是狄更斯，如果说在后真理时代我们无法获得真理，那么文学虚构可能是另一种突破的方式。AS在另一条线中给出Florence和Brit，不断体现一种冲突，国外的两个城市（移民问题）以及苏格兰爱尔兰英格兰，如何在数字化的管理和去边界中找回人性（Florence & the machine…机器姐…），显然很具有文艺复兴时期的理念。如同最后点题的April和Aphrodite，无论春意和希望如何残酷，但四月总是美好的季节。爱也总是为了连接，像极了波提切利的春！

在同样的季节读《春》才更觉得恰当，这一本在与前作呼应的基础上主线更加明晰，所有失散的终将重聚，已逝的也会以另一种方式回来。那么现在就期待一下《夏》会以怎样的方式作结吧。

聪明又尖锐，故事包含了大量信息，跳跃但保持着和谐感，一边批判一边予以希望。多面而生动的人物，聚焦现实危机同时echo遥远过去的事件。恰到好处的不可信和批判力。非常好。
