田野紮實，但是分析並不深入。我不是很滿意作者僅把傢長的選擇作為一種新自由主義cultural trend，雖然我並不否認cultural trend可能確實存在，但是實際上即便在書中，也體現齣中産傢長的打疫苗決定很diversified，甚至不打疫苗的被歧視的少數。那麼為什麼這些人和其他中産傢長不同呢？其實作者沒有解釋。作者著重描述的是不打疫苗的傢長的justification。不過這本書對於理解不遵醫囑、公衛建議的普通人到底怎麼想的還蠻有幫助的。
