沒有比這再彆扭的書瞭，作者本身隻是對中國感興趣，對女書感興趣，結果用堆積材料的方式意淫齣一個故事，卻完全無法進入中國的文化語境，對於中國傳統女性的瞭解也是皮毛，因此故事視野極其狹窄，內裏邏輯非常鬍扯，裏麵從七歲兒童、不識字的傢庭婦女到精於世故的媒婆，每個都...

說是機緣也罷，這竟然是我正經閱讀的第一本英文小說。網上對於電影的評價很低，中文版也不高評，但我卻覺著它非常有趣。很生動細膩，喜悅與悲傷都很安靜。
