As the years go by, Lily and Snow Flower share the burden of being born female in feudal China and find comfort in their friendship until they come of age to be married. 總覺得文字敘述怪怪的，疑心是不是英譯中，果然。 明明這個故事很有賣點，可以寫得極其狗血蕩氣迴腸，可惜通篇讀下來卻淡淡的。 可惜。
