3.5/5 Believing that the public in a civilised society deserves to know what goes on on a post-mortem examination table, Dr.Shepherd, though haphazardly, runs the gamut of his entire career as a forensic pathologist in the space of this book. His persistent pursuit of untainted truth is admirable yet a taste of machismo is lurking between the lines
