评分揭開自己的傷疤給大傢看，為的是鼓勵更多的人，要愛自己愛自己愛自己。不僅僅是JVN，我從Fab5的大傢身上得到太多瞭。（一些題外話：今天睡醒想到的第一句話是，I love myself；每天會看著自己錶揚自己；小湯昨天說，心理谘詢師三要素裏有說過，你先得有完整的自我，纔能去共情。）
评分Listened to the audiobook narrated by the one and only JVN while on a 7hr road trip by myself. You never know what finds you in life and yet the best you can do is to appreciate and nurture yourself.
评分一天聽完，一如既往JVN式幽默，加上是他自己念的，更增幽默。除此之外文筆可以猜到比較一般，但這人生故事真是夠少見的，能走到現在真是不容易。好多他的年代懷舊的元素，畢竟有代溝，不太能relate，但也算是個優點吧
