比第一部小說有意思，對 Villanelle 的性格描寫更細緻。看完第一部還說上海那段不如「SORRY BABY X」，結果第二部就來了一張「Take care, Eve – V」的手寫卡片……太撩人了。最後跑上門一起私奔那章好甜好甜。雖然小說和劇集已經往兩個不同的路線走了，但還是有很多共同之處，可以把原作當成 fan fiction 去看。

看的中文版，比第一部小说好看一些，对V和E有着大量心理描写，人物丰满多了，V不再是第一部里给人一种纯粹的杀戮兽性的感观，第二部也提到E和V彼此之间存在某种迷恋，但是在第一部里基本没有铺垫，所以这种感情转折对于非剧粉来说有点生硬了

小说第一和第二部加起来，V和E一共见了四次（勉强来说）第一次：V在上海的酒店偷看E睡觉，并偷走了E的手链第二次：E在上海大街上跟V擦肩而过，E看到了V那空洞的眼神第三次：V为了杀电视剧里Frank的角色，扮演交警拦住E的车，后来脱下头盔，算是第一次真正的见面，或者说E第一次正面见到V 第四次：V去E家里杀E，最后两个合作演了一出戏，假装E被杀，然后两人亡命天涯小说里V和E两人更像是灵魂伴侣，见面次数太少了，还是电视剧好看
