in the summer of i956 to join CBS News, spent seven and a

terrorist, and the Duke of Windsor, and an obnoxious Indian

named Krishna Menon. I knew Dwight Eisenhower and

Lyndon Johnson well, John Kennedy not well, and Richard

Nixon as well as I wanted to.
