PLANER is Vice President-Property Loss Control at Johnson & Higgins in<br >New York City. He received his B.S. (1944) degree in civil engineering from Newark<br >College of Engineering (now New Jersey Institute of Technology)， and did further study<br >there and at M.I.T. and Rutgers University. Prior to his employment at Johnson &<br >Higgins， he was a partner at Graham Inspection Bureau from 1948 to 1968.
