之前听说这部小说有反乌托邦的色彩，出于对反乌托邦题材的兴趣与对设定的好奇而读了这本书。怀疑社会而又栖身上流的主角的确令我想起了温斯顿，而前妻的冷漠，儿子与好友的背叛也颇有着藉由人的扭曲批判社会现实的意味。但是，纵观全书后，我却觉得这远远不算一本反乌托邦的书...
