Patricia McGerr (1917-1985) was an American writer. She was born in Falls City Nebraska and educated at Trinity College Washington DC, the University of Nebraska and Columbia University New York, taking a Masters in Journalism. She was a public relations officer and editor before becoming a full-time writer in 1948. Her series character was Selena Mead, and she specialised in unidentified corpses. In addition to her novels she wrote many short stories.

找死者這一新型模式比較新穎,最後通過一係列心理論證排除,鎖定死者也不錯,其它真的就乏善可陳瞭...尤其是前麵冗長得令人發指的碧池鬥爭史真的讓人受不瞭....最後,這個故事告訴我們好基友,真是一輩子的事.....

模式較新穎，但前麵90%的《雍正王朝》和《甄嬛傳》簡直瞭。最後盡管既有排除法，又有紅鯡魚，但是我覺得還不是不如他的那本《Save the Witness》來的痛快。為我能堅持讀完這本書和裏麵一些我喜歡的鬥爭的橋段給個四星吧。簡介：【http://www.douban.com/note/527555671/】

四顆星的內容，多齣一顆星給創意。推理部分水平中等偏上，單拎齣中間的故事也可以齣本小說的。之前看大傢的評論，以為情節會很細碎和冗雜，但是我並沒有這種感覺，雖然這不是那種會讓你一口氣讀完的故事。在讀書的過程中，我也有很深的感觸。初入職場，因為沒資曆並沒有捲入過什麼紛爭，但是公司裏某些人錶麵一團和氣，實則勾心鬥角的事沒少聽說，幫派之爭也是存在的。所以知道如何用人，平衡所有人的利益，絕對是領導基本技能之一。如果Stetson技能掌握嫻熟，估計也不會犯罪瞭吧。
