這是一本政府政策實施的研究報告。20世紀90年代荷蘭政府頒布瞭城市空間規劃的政策，其中第四點政策關健詞的前幾個字母組成新的單詞“Vinex”，成為此項規劃政策的代號。本書通過航拍、繪製、數據統計等方式來跟蹤這項計劃的實施情況。書籍為鎖綫硬精裝，封麵布紋紙四色印刷裱覆卡闆，地圖和文字部分壓凹處理。內頁五色印刷，部分色塊和文字加入銀色，使得顔色透露齣一定的金屬光澤。內容按照政策、輿論、統計、航拍及繪製來展現各個區域的實施情況，可以看到政策實施過程中的區域地錶的變化、容積率的改變、居住配套閤適的增減。信息豐富，細節極為精美。
