畫風當然不錯劇情也不錯三條看似分離的情節在最後閤並，並且引發人對ABC的思考。 ABC的身份認同，中國人的文化差異，美國人的種族歧視很多事情都沒有那麼簡單。這本書叫漫畫，其實就是叫“ABC實錄”也是沒什麼的。附注：本書為漢英雙語

我覺得他的字裏行間完全感受不到對中國文化的喜愛。170228

強烈推薦這本書。確認自我身份是件人人都要麵對的一個檻，很多人一輩子都騎在上麵過不去。這個在特定的人群中尤其如此，比如本書所藉用的ABC青少年。這本書構思真是巧妙，比乾巴巴講道理有效。你就是你，不需要成為彆人。當你想不是自己，你就不存在瞭。另，這本書怎麼扯得上對中國文化的認可不認可？我個人覺得我們的文化很好，我很為它自豪，這就夠瞭。對我來講，它的價值不需要通過彆人的認可來體現。自信一點。

一年前囫圇吞棗地讀過，如今再次翻看，依舊愛不釋手。這是一本“美國華裔後代們尋找瞭很久的漫畫書”。“排華法案”的時代已經過去，對於美國華裔後代，生存問題已不再是主要煩惱。作為一群自幼在美國長大，接受美式教育，以英語為母語的黃種人，身份的迷失，仍存的對亞裔偏見，曾是他們幼年無法言說的痛苦。經曆瞭一番自我否定和探索，他們最終與身體裏流淌的中華血脈談和，並為之驕傲。中國讀者可能接受不瞭裏麵對於孫悟空的改造，並且反感Chin-Kee的形象，認為是對中國文化的羞辱。個人看法：華裔美國文學作品雖有很多中國元素，但它們講述的是一群擁有美國國籍和中華血緣的特殊群體的故事，和講中國故事，弘揚中國文化的中國本土文學作品大不相同。
