這本書更多的是理論性和綱領性的內容，涉及實際抓慌的技巧較少，而且載體又是紙質的，配圖也少，很難單純通過讀這本書在抓慌上有實際的提高。另外，此書有些磨嘰，段落重復，例子單調相比之下電視劇上的很多圖片如果反復揣摩的話，會有一些領悟
