The book is divided into two chapters: a menu chapter and a recipe chapter.
The menu chapter reflects current cooking trends--everything you could want
from gourmet to low-cost cooking. To aid you in your food preparation, the
recipe chapter contains several colorful how-to photographs and*helpful food
preparation tips.
As we developed these recipes, we tried to eliminate one of the biggest
problems with cooking in small quantities--leftover ingredients. However, there
are occasions when leftovers are unavoidable. To help you use the remaining
amount of an ingredient, we ve indexed other recipes calling for that ingredient
in the back of the book.
