本以为讨论的范围很狭隘，实则很好延伸。阅读过程中总有一种错位，总觉得书里的美国黑人女性时不时也可以替换成中国女性。其实父权制度下，哪个地方不存在对女性的压迫呢？再又更宽泛的来看，统治阶级对被统治阶级的压迫全世界都差不多，甚至形式都一样。管你黑人黄人，最后都得玩白男创造的游戏。
