首先这本书是真的厚，当枕头刚刚好。是一本十分合格的工具书，读起来味同嚼蜡，如果没有上培训班以及有备考的动力，我肯定是读不完的。书中最重要的部分是过程组的归纳总结图，PMP老师强调需要熟记于心的东东，其实只是为了考试而记，实际工作中并不能用到这些太过公式化的东西...
