The “salt pact” is a pact of renovated hope, an agreement of friendship and love. It’s meaning surfaced in the ancient Israelite language to express the stability and inviolability of the alliance with God. Among the Arabs of the desert there is a ritual called “salt’s alliance” that is based on the idea that when you share salt with someone, the life between those two people is liked forever. Salt pact is the exhibition of the unpublished drawings on the theme of fantasy designed by Canicola for d406 gallery.
