皮埃尔•路易（Pierre Louÿs,1870—1925），法国19世纪末20世纪初象征主义唯美派作家。集小说家、诗人、编辑、藏书家于一身。与著名文人纪德、王尔德、瓦莱里友情甚笃。1894年，出版散文诗集《比利提斯之歌》，成为其传世名著，在全世界广为流传。后被著名作曲家德彪西谱成多首乐曲。1896年，皮埃尔•路易出版第一部小说《阿芙洛狄特》。这是一本曾创下35万册的销售纪录的畅销书，为其赢得最受欢迎的情色文学作家的声望。它被改编成戏剧、电影，迄今已被翻译成世界多种文字，不断再版，经久不衰。

译者简介：丁世中，毕业于北京大学法语系，外交部资深高级翻译，法语翻译家。

译著有：巴尔扎克《人间喜剧》、马尔罗《人的境遇》、加缪《局外人》、萨特《自由之路》、《阿芙洛狄特》等。
