9-12都是神作。最後那篇Pelling寫羅馬政治人物的那個非常有意思。沒有先入為主地覺得古代作傢筆下民眾都是不長腦子可以隨便忽悠來忽悠去的群氓， 反過來還說瞭這些人在現實政治中有所好惡，至少說有其“主體性”，而且從Gracchi兄弟那裏總結齣來瞭民眾影響政治的一個套路，就是煽動傢覺得自己在煽動民眾，其實往往是被民眾的帶著到處瞎跑。我甚至有點覺得，《非撰史乃作傳》如果往前更進一步可能就是Pelling這篇文章。兩個都提到瞭真實觀和材料處理方麵的問題，前者側重於moral image的塑造，後者就更進一步，加入瞭Plutarch自己對現實政治的理解，特彆是作為一個希臘人的理解，從這個角度來理解rewrite和reconstructe。
