第五部原版冯内果，内容就如书名一样疯言乱语怼天怼地，可能是目前读的最难啃的一部，既有《屠场》的反战主题，又有《加拉帕戈斯》中的元素：舞蹈症遗传病、预言机器GRIOT（加拉帕戈斯里是格言机器Mandarax），以及几乎贯穿冯内果所有作品的不存在的科幻小说，不过这次不是Kilgore Trout写的，《屠场》中的外星球Tralfamadore又出现了一次。最后居然还让读者手动计算数字，不出所料还要被diss“just because some of us can read and write and do a little math, that doesn't mean we deserve to conquer the Universe.”他老如果活到今天看到人类的现状可能也丝毫不感意外。
