赫德利·布尔(HedleyBull，1932-1985)，英国学派最具代表性和学术影响的理论家。他曾在伦敦经济学院、哥伦比亚大学、牛津大学、澳大利亚国立大学等著名学府执教、访问、讲学和研究。在此期间，他还先后担任澳大利亚国立大学太平洋研究院国际关系学系主任(1967-1976)、牛津大学蒙塔古·伯顿(MontagueBurton)讲席教授、英国国际政治理论委员会主席(1977-1985)。其代表作《无政府社会：世界政治秩序研究》至今仍是国际关系学界的重要研读对象。亚当·罗伯茨(AdamRoberts)，英国人文社会科学院主席，牛津大学国际关系蒙塔古’伯顿教授，贝利奥尔学院研究员。他曾担任伦敦经济学院国际关系讲师(1968～1981)。他的著作包括：NationsinArms：TheTheoryandPracticeofTerritorialDefence(2ndedn.，London，1986)，DocumentsontheLawsofWar(3rdedn.，Oxford，2000)。贝内迪克特·金斯伯里(BenedictKingsbury)：牛津大学法学讲师及埃克塞特学院研究员；杜克大学法学院法学教授。其专长是国际法与人权问题。作为新西兰人，目前主要研究原住民与国际法问题。其著作包括(与亚当·罗伯茨合编)《联合国：分裂的世界》(ed.withAdamRoberts，UnitedNations，DividedWorld，1988)等。
