Du Fuxiang, a native of Heishan County of Liaoning Province, was born in 1944, and graduated from the university in 1968. Now Mr. Du is a member of the Specialist Committee of the Chinese Dietetic Culture Research Association, a consultant of the Tianjin Dietetic Culture Research Association, and a professional research scholar of the Chinese homologous culture of medicine and food.
