假期一開始就在讀瞭，中間由於各種事情中斷閱讀，現在纔讀完。圍繞（後）現代性與reification和reflexivity的辯證組織起人文社科各方麵的理論和概念，在解構natural artifice的基礎上這本書本身也解構瞭社會學分析形成的second nature，最終在sublime的概念上達到對後現代性分析的頂點。基於鮑曼pilgrim和nomad的比較尤其有意思。可讀性很強，讀“燃”的可能性很大，齊美爾的“生命”很有吸引力，然而transcendence的希望並非這麼明朗。的確適閤在初步瞭解社會學基本理論之後作為一次反思去閱讀。
