只是这个global过于western perspective了，但鉴于成书年代中国的确没有什么SW可言，我原谅这个可爱的倔老爷爷的international system了。。。包括他对Tibet的某些言论。曾在国外与詹老爷子见过几次，比较喜欢这个有着英式严谨作风的的美国胖爷爷，但西方人的固执似乎是更胜我们一筹的，尤其在america这样强势的话语体系下。Tips: UCB, LSE.
