布魯斯·A.阿剋曼（Bruce A. Ackerman），生於1943年，美國著名的憲法學傢與政治理論傢，先後畢業於哈佛大學（1964年）和耶魯大學法學院（1967年），曾任教於賓夕法尼亞大學法學院、耶魯大學法學院和哥倫比亞大學法學院，自1987年始擔任耶魯大學斯特林法學與政治學講座教授。阿剋曼教授在政治理論、美國憲政與比較憲法領域均有卓越的原創學術貢獻。其代錶作《我們人民》多捲本被認為是“過去半個世紀在整個憲法理論領域所做的最重要工程”，2010年憑藉《美利堅共和國的衰落》一書而入選《外交政策》雜誌評選的全球百大思想傢。
