最近忙里偷闲，读完了“kabbalah for beginners"，又是一本好。作者初步介绍了kabblah从古到今的发展史及各个时期著名的kabbalists,同时，作者又介绍了我们世人应当怎样提高我们的精神境界以及原因。我印象最深的就是作者详细地分析altruistic(无私）精神的重要性，以及我们每个人应当如何在日常生活中控制我们的egoistic(自私）精神，从而能达到心灵的最高境界以及周围的和谐。这是我第一次读关于kabbalah的书，尽管自己能力有限，还有很多地方不明白，但是读这本书的时候，排除令我困惑的地方，从头到尾我都有种自然清新的感觉。kabbalah令人着迷，我喜欢kabbalah。。。
