评分英国人那种洋洋得意的自嘲真是可爱。那些不断沉溺在“英国没有饮食文化”的陈词滥调中的人们，遇见这本书也会是一种浪费。

评分Nigel绝对是融合美食，记忆，生活以及叙述的高手。这本书讲的都是英国传统（或并将要消失或并渐渐失宠）的食物。怀旧乡愁也讽刺幽默，非常Nigel。 （p.s.如果要出中文版的话，我愿意翻译！！！我愿意翻译所有Nigel写的书，超爱！！！）
