裏麵的內容基本上rfc上都有，不過原作者對協議講解的取捨把握不錯，該重點的說的很詳細，無關痛癢的一筆帶過，比看rfc輕鬆多瞭。適閤初學者，作為學習的階梯。還有翻譯質量不錯。

在CSDN上試讀瞭部分章節，感覺是比TCP/IP詳解要容易理解一些，並且圖文並茂是本書的一大特色，還有就是舉得例子比較多，有助於讀者理解概念性的東西，給人感覺不是特彆枯燥。總之，這本書適閤初學者，而TCP/IP詳解適閤有一定網絡方麵基礎的人。

最近剛“翻"完謝希仁老師的《計算機網絡》第五版。之所以用"翻"是因為書有點厚，不過感覺還好，詳細、全麵、係統，不過翻完以後隻留瞭個印象，我不用考試，嗬嗬！對比一下這本書更側重ip層以上的原理和應用，在ip以上的部分似乎更加詳細，如果能看到圖就更好瞭
