很勵誌。也提齣瞭切實的可以照做的方法，值得一讀。讀完聽完自己都忍不住想說: Yes! I can do it! 不過想對比一下另外一個作者的說法,Marcus Buckingham在一係列的書裏麵提齣，人應該盡量的發揮自己最強的能力，而不要去浪費時間彌補短處，隻要選擇一種工作讓自己弱點無關緊要...

The whole idea of "deliberate pracitce" can be summarized up in a short article or even a sentence. The principle of that is intutive to anyone ever mastered a complex skill: Take one step at a time, be persisent and challenge yourself to expand your comfort zone. I don't think it's necessary to expand this plain idea into a whole book.
