很系统的介绍了项目管理知识体系，内容有层次，涵盖了项目管理体系的方方面面，缺少深入的介绍、案例分析，适合知识点梳理，但需结合实践经验或案例分析去反复琢磨。辛西娅有一本配套的项目管理实战工具可以补充参考（书中多是表格模板）

首先这本书是真的厚，当枕头刚刚好。是一本十分合格的工具书，读起来味同嚼蜡，如果没有上培训班以及有备考的动力，我肯定是读不完的。书中最重要的部分是过程组的归纳总结图，PMP老师强调需要熟记于心的东东，其实只是为了考试而记，实际工作中并不能用到这些太过公式化的东西...

翻译实在太差，直接打印了英文版看，合理多了。做了好多年项目才看的，暂时并不准备考试。很多时候觉得‘噢，原来是这样，工作中遇到过，但是没有这么归纳过’。这本书写的非常体系，一个项目可能涉及到的问题都提及了，每一个章节都没有废话，但是如果还是学生或者完全没有...

整本书想一本字典，概念一堆，只提点，不详细说明，只能拓展思维方向，很难结合实际问题。我看过的其他书籍和演讲都有这书的影子，权威性不容置疑，随便抽几个点出来结合实际应用就能写出一本几百页的新书了。
