With the growth of international trade and commerce, commercial and company lawyers are increasingly called upon to deal with issues which affect the cross-border movement and settlement of business executives and investors. This work provides a quick and current reference to the laws and regulations which affect immigration and nationality questions: governmental attitudes toward immigration and naturalization; visa requirements and procedures for business and non-business visitors; immigration requirements; deportation; work permits; property ownership; taxation; and citizenship.
