在一部描写战争的小说里，死亡太容易让人司空见惯，所以作者要在每一个生命的死亡后一遍一遍重复So it goes，并且把它和T星人（或者说作者自己）的生死观联系起来。很棒的创意。 P.S.这个很玄很科幻的生死观其实还蛮有趣的读后印象：反高潮、反英雄、非常阴暗、没有光亮。一将功成万骨枯，小说关注的是阴影里的万千枯骨。

这本书其实很薄也很好读，但是题材太沉重，我读了好几个月才读完。男主的ptsd已经深到无药可救，vonnegut的写作像隔着水面看烟花，炽烈、痛楚与光明都在隔世，只有侵入骨髓的寒冷黑暗吞噬此刻。看到他们偷吃第一口糖浆流泪的桥段简直泪崩，这么平静的笔调写这么痛苦伤心的体验。外星人的存在是一个有趣的参照，纵然你知道这一刻会永恒存在，你真的甘心接受so it goes，让它从你指缝流走吗？死生亦大矣。
