評分當胖子真的很尷尬,也不想運動。一身肥肉動起來好難看,更彆提夏天的味道瞭。這樣導緻的結果就是愈來愈鬱悶,越來越胖。如果抱著這種想法,恐怕隻能這樣胖下去瞭。想減肥第一件事就是要剋服自己的心態吧。我覺得這本書對我很有幫助。
