关于人性的短篇小说。很喜欢主人公劳拉。在我这个当妈的年纪里，如果我的女儿被教养成如此一位善良有同理心的孩子我应该会很欣慰。然而回归到生活本身，大部分人还是会采取母亲和姐姐的做法。如何向临近的陌生人表达善意是正确的呢？是默默地取消自己的快乐喧哗以避免刺激到不幸中的家庭，还是在尽情享受完自己的快乐以后“顺带”着给予他人一些表达同情慰问的施舍？生活大抵是几家欢喜几家愁。当你的体贴并不见得为别人所在意，你还是否还会牺牲自己的快乐去默默的体贴别人的不幸？

从写到一个男人死了以后，故事就给我一种阴沉沉的感觉，总觉得有事要发生。虽然最后没什么坏事只是一个小女孩的人生感悟，算是松了口气也有点失落，但结尾兄妹俩的心照不宣很是温暖，也留下无限遐想的空缺。
