作者拉斯·特維德：工程碩士、國際商業學士，美國期貨公會認證的金融衍生商品交易員。曾任衍生商品交易員、基金經理人和投資銀行傢十一年之久，而後於1990年代轉進電訊與軟件業，創辦、資助成立數傢得奬的高科技公司，涉及衛星通訊、網際網絡與行動空間。他也是成功的金融交易公司Beluga之創辦人。最近與夥伴共同創立CarryQuote金融信息公司，2009年榮獲“紅鯡魚全球百強企業奬”，並在洛桑管理學院舉辦的競賽中獲選為瑞士2010年最有前途新創企業。
