很不错，Rails入门标准教材。只是讲的比较粗，很多地方要去看api文档。另外Rails更新很快，很多新内容都分散在blog上面。

作者试图在一本书里把rails讲清楚，虽然是大部头的书，但基本没有一点儿废话，适合仔细翻看。一个问题是书中代码比较老，建议结合官方rails手册看，一些代码已经有了更好的实现方式。
