Upon being dropped into Salerno, Italy on September 14, 1943, Private First Class Earnest Deal and the rest Of F Company, 505th Parachute Infantry, 82d Airborne Division, are ambushed by German artillery. The ambush is only the introduction to the strange set of circumstances FOX Company who must learn to servive.
