相比於Ripstein的force and freedom，這本更注重對康德“法權論”本身的解讀，但同樣寫得平易近人且十分清楚，以至於我這個康德外行居然覺得能完全看懂。實為讀康德“法權論”不可或缺的一個companion。

隻趕著讀瞭從自由到所有權的三章，非常平易近人、清晰易讀，甚至清晰得有些囉嗦，對菜鳥十分友好。隻是闡釋，不作現代觀點的發揮。可惜沒有早點讀，作報告的時候也不至於這樣丟臉瞭！
