優點： Framwork很make sense，講解清楚明白有邏輯，作為入門足已 Case相當有趣且質量很好缺點：應該詳細講解幾個例子，用comprehensive的方式講講在HBS是怎麼一步步做equity，credit和M&A的valuation的其它： Valuation的核心是strategy，而不是計算技術本書講得太簡單...

這本書開始還是很吸引我的。語言很簡潔，思路很好（從從商業分析開始，具體說從波特的競爭模型開始，講到怎麼樣還原一份“真實”的財務報錶，然後在具體分析財務比率……試圖建立一個完整的分析體係）。但是很快讀瞭幾章後發現，它實在是很空泛，案例很詳細，但是用於自己閱讀...
