曼罗·里夫（Munro Leaf；1905～1976），生前写过、画过近四十本书，其中最具盛名的，即是与罗伯特·劳森合作的《爱花的牛》。

由曼罗·里夫所执笔的这本书，在美国是第一本被贴上“颠覆”卷标的作品。在西班牙内战期间（二十世纪三十年代），这本书曾经被禁；另外，它也曾遭德国纳粹列为焚书书单之一。
