書很難讀，用詞扭捏，可以說是英語寫作書的典型反麵材料，書配套的練習冊不錯，任務型學習也學到瞭不少名詞。

書很難讀，用詞扭捏，可以說是英語寫作書的典型反麵材料，書配套的練習冊不錯，任務型學習也學到瞭不少名詞。

書中用大量實例來講解瞭一些會計中容易造價的會計準則，類似不同行業的收入確認方法，等等。讀後可以讓人對於財報重塑一個正確的認知觀點。書中側重點不是基本的會計學，而是實戰中最容易被管理層忽悠的點。雖然不夠十分係統，不過處處幾乎都是精華。讀的時候推薦做筆記，不然容易遺忘。作者的行業經驗足以作為質量保證，把書放在工作颱，時時溫習。

奮戰CFA的日子當時也是很充實的。1. 讀過好些FSA的書，這本書的視角是比較新穎的；2. 作者一直強調去scrutinize financial statements，提醒哪些地方有雷，應該mark red flag。將scrutiny（懷疑上市公司高管的financial shenanigans）貫徹整個FSA. 3. 後麵的部分感覺還是太基礎瞭。可能對於所有的prediction來說都一樣，模糊的正確>>精確的錯誤。
